盾构渣土现场机制砂石生产与外运处置的碳排放对比及减排效益分析OA
Carbon Emission Comparison and Mitigation Benefit Analysis of On-site Manufactured Sand/gravel Production versus Off-site Disposal of Shield Muck
利用盾构渣土生产机制砂石对全面节约战略的实施和碳达峰碳中和的推进具有重要意义,但是目前我国针对盾构渣土生产机制砂石碳减排效应的研究还比较欠缺.本研究以广花城际铁路某工区为案例,基于生命周期评价(life cycle assessment,LCA)方法,构建了盾构渣土外运处置与现场生产机制砂石的碳排放核算模型.在此基础上,系统评估了现场资源化利用方式相较于传统外运处置路径的碳减排效益,并进一步估算了机制砂石生产与回用所具有的减碳潜力.结果表明:相较简单外运处置(设定运输距离为 50 km),利用盾构渣土生产机制砂石并进行资源化利用产生的碳减排量可超过 3.03 kg CO2/t,若将案例工区全部盾构渣土(1 000 环)用于机制砂石生产,可实现约 10 601 t CO2e 的碳减排效益.进一步通过机制砂石产品运输距离优化、废弃泥饼再利用等措施,可进一步扩大碳减排效益.本研究可为盾构渣土资源化利用过程中碳减排评估方法与标准的构建提供方法支撑,同时为机制砂石行业低碳发展相关决策提供科学依据.
The utilization of shield muck for manufactured sand and gravel(MSG)production holds significant potential for advancing the national strategy of resource conservation and promoting carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.However,current research in China on the carbon reduction potential of producing MSG from shield muck remains limited.This study takes a section of the Guangzhou-Huadu Intercity Railway as a case and employs a life cycle assessment(LCA)approach to establish a carbon emission accounting model for both off-site disposal and on-site MSG production from shield muck.Based on this model,the study systematically evaluates the carbon reduction benefits of on-site resource utilization compared to traditional off-site disposal and further estimates the carbon mitigation potential associated with the production and reuse of MSG.The results show that,compared to conventional off-site disposal(assuming a transport distance of 50 km),on-site MSG production from shield muck can reduce carbon emissions by more than 3.03 kg CO2 per ton.If all shield muck generated from the case section(1000 rings)is used for MSG production,the total carbon reduction benefit could reach approximately 10601 t CO2e.Furthermore,additional measures such as optimizing transport distances for MSG products and reusing dewatered filter cakes could further enhance carbon reduction.This study provides methodological support for the development of carbon reduction assessment frameworks and standards for the resource utilization of shield muck and offers scientific guidance for low-carbon decision-making in the MSG industry.
