用户侧储能系统容量配置与运行策略研究OA
Research on capacity configuration and operation strategy of user side energy storage systems
为了提高用户侧储能系统在分时电价下的经济效益,本文提出了一种考虑分时电价和需量管理的两阶段光储优化模型,并分析其全生命周期的经济性.上层模型考虑全年的长期历史数据和全生命周期经济性进行储能容量配置,下层依据负荷预测数据实时优化储能运行策略,降低需量用电成本.以杭州某制造基地为例,通过优化确定储能容量和运行策略,储能系统显著提高了经济效益,降低了购电成本,同时增加了光伏消纳比例.
In order to improve the economic benefits of the user-side energy storage system under the time-of-use pricing,this paper proposes a two-stage optimization model for PV energy storage systems considering time-of-use pricing and demand management,and analyzes its economic efficiency over the entire life cycle.The upper-layer model considers the long-term historical data throughout the year and the economy over the entire life cycle to configure the energy storage capacity.The lower layer optimizes the operation strategy of the energy storage system in real time based on the load forecasting data to reduce the demand-based electricity consumption cost.Taking a manufacturing base in Hangzhou as an example,the energy storage capacity and operation strategy are determined through optimization.The results show that the optimized energy storage system significantly improves economic benefits,reduces the electricity purchase cost,and increases the proportion of photovoltaic power consumption at the same time.
