水稻抗除草剂作用机制及分子育种研究进展OA

Research Progress on the Mechanism of Herbicide Resistance in Rice(Oryza sativa)and Molecular Breeding

水稻(Oryza sativa)作为播种面积最广的粮食作物,其安全生产关系着全球半数人口的主粮来源.随着轻简化栽培模式的推广,直播稻种植面积持续扩大,但千金子(Leptochloa chinensis)、稗草(Echinochloa crus-galli)等抗药性杂草种群暴发,成为制约水稻产量与品质提升的关键生物胁迫因素.化学除草作为主要的防控手段,存在选择性局限、杂草抗性进化、生态残留等问题.本文归纳了水稻抗除草剂的分子作用机制,水稻抗除草剂分子育种研究进展;分析了当前除草剂应用面临的技术瓶颈和挑战,以期为抗除草剂水稻的研发与产业化提供参考.

As the most widely cultivated grain crop,the safe production of rice(Oryza sativa)is vital to the staple food source for nearly half of the global population.With the promotion of the simplified cultivation model,the planting area of direct seeding rice has continued to expand.However,the outbreak of drug-resistant weed populations such as Leptochloa chinensis and Echinochloa crus-galli has become a key biological stress factor restricting the improvement of rice yield and quality.Chemical weed control,as the primary method of management,faces issues such as limited selectivity,evolution of weed resistance,and ecological residue.This review summarized the molecular mechanisms of herbicide resistance in rice and recent advances in molecular breeding for herbicide-resistant rice varieties,while also analyzing technical bottlenecks and challenges in current herbicide application.The aim is to provide insights for the development and industrialization of herbicide-resistant rice.
