考虑粗糙度效应的点接触混合润滑数值研究OA

接触部件(如齿轮、轴承、凸轮等)经过制造与机加工后,从微观角度观测,其表面充满着大小不同的粗糙峰,表面形貌参数直接影响润滑油膜的分布,进而影响接触部件的润滑性能.为探究在混合润滑状态下粗糙表面对接触特性的影响,课题组在考虑粗糙度效应的情况下进行了随机粗糙表面点接触混合润滑数值模拟与分析.采用数字滤波技术和快速傅立叶变换(Fast Fourier Transform,FFT)算法模拟随机粗糙表面,并通过统一 Reynolds 方程系统建立了一个考虑粗糙度效应的稳态混合润滑模型;重点研究了不同粗糙度特征参数(偏度、峰度、粗糙度均方根和自相关横纵比)对混合润滑性能的影响.结果表明:无量纲平均膜厚随偏度和峰度的增大而减小;粗糙度均方根越大,压力与膜厚波动越剧烈;自相关横纵比越大,横向纹理特征越明显,越有利于润滑剂的储存.

Contact components(such as gears,bearings,cams,etc.)exhibit incompletely smooth surfaces after manufacturing and machining.At the microscopic point of view,these surfaces are covered with roughness peaks of varying sizes.Surface topography parameters directly influence the distribution of the lubricating oil film,which in turn affect the lubrication performance of the contact components.In order to explore the influence of rough surface on contact characteristics under mixed lubrication,the research group carried out numerical simulation and analysis of random rough surface point contact mixed lubrication considering roughness effect.The digital filtering technique and Fast Fourier Transform(FFT)algorithm were used to simulate random rough surfaces,and a steady-state mixed lubrication model considering roughness effect was established by the unified Reynolds equation system.The effects of different roughness characteristic parameters(skewness,kurtosis,root mean square of roughness and autocorrelation aspect ratio)on the mixed lubrication performance were focused on.The results show that the dimensionless average film thickness decreases with the increase of skewness and kurtosis;the greater the root mean square roughness,the more intense the fluctuations in pressure and film thickness;the larger the autocorrelation aspect ratio,the more pronounced the horizontal texture features,which is more conducive to lubricant storage.
