某弹簧用60Si2Mn钢连铸坯表面出现裂纹缺陷.采用磁粉检测、化学成分分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析、金相检验等方法对连铸坯表面裂纹产生的原因进行分析.结果表明:60Si2Mn钢连铸坯表面裂纹主要分布在方坯角部,裂纹沿铁素体晶界分布,裂缝边缘可见点状内氧化产物,裂缝内可见块状氧化产物及玻璃态的保护渣;锥度设计与坯壳自由收缩曲线不匹配,角部、面部形成不均匀应力,最终导致结晶器角部坯壳开裂.

A crack defect appeared on the surface of a continuous casting billet made of 60Si2Mn steel for a certain spring.The causes of surface cracks in continuous casting billets were analyzed using methods such as magnetic particle testing,chemical composition analysis,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis,and metallographic examination.The results show that the surface cracks of 60Si2Mn steel continuous casting billet were mainly distributed at the corners of the billet,and the cracks were distributed along the ferrite grain boundaries.Point-like internal oxidation products could be seen at the edge of the cracks,block-like oxidation products and glassy protective slag could be seen inside the cracks.The taper design did not match the free shrinkage curve of the billet shell,and uneven stress was formed at the corner and face,which eventually led to cracking of the corner billet shell.
