为突破日光温室草莓单一种植模式存在的空间利用率低、种植效益单一等局限,充分挖掘温室耳房闲置空间资源,本研究构建了日光温室草莓与耳房食用菌(以白平菇为例)网格式复合栽培模式,包括茬口安排、草莓栽培管理、白平菇栽培管理等关键技术.该复合栽培模式经济效益显著,667 m2纯效益可达49 108元,较单一种植草莓模式每667 m2净增收7 450元,不仅有效提升了设施农业综合产出效益、丰富了设施种植品类,更实现了设施农业增产增收与资源高效利用的双重目标.

To address the limitations of the single-cropping model of strawberry in greenhouse,such as low space utilization and single-planting benefit,and to fully exploit the idle spatial resources of greenhouse side chambers,this study develops a grid-style composite cultivation model combining strawberry in greenhouse and edible fungi(using white oyster mushroom as an example)in side chamber.The model includes key techniques,such as crop arrangement,strawberry cultivation management,and white oyster mushroom cultivation management.This composite cultivation model demonstrates significant economic benefits,with a net profit of 49 108 yuan per 667 m2,representing an additional net income of 7 450 yuan per 667 m2 compared to the single-cropping strawberry model.It not only effectively enhances the comprehensive output efficiency of facility agriculture and enriches the variety of facility cultivation but also achieves the dual goals of increasing production and income in facility agriculture while utilizing resources efficiently.
