辣椒炭疽病是制约辣椒产业发展的重要真菌性病害,为筛选高效、长效的防控药剂,本研究以'红宝塔'辣椒为试验材料,将9种三唑衍生物分别与氢氧化铜按质量比1∶5进行复配,通过室内抑菌试验与田间药效试验,系统评价复配药剂对辣椒炭疽菌的抑制活性、田间防效及增产效果.结果表明:各复配药剂的室内抑菌率均显著高于苯醚甲环唑与氢氧化铜复配药剂对照(CK);其中,(1H-1,2,4-三唑-3,5-二基)双(偶氮亚基)双(甲基亚基)双酚与氢氧化铜复配处理(T3)效果最佳,抑菌率高达95.67%,较CK显著提升27.53百分点.田间试验显示,施药后21、30 d,T3处理防治效果均最高,分别达82.74%、68.12%,药后30 d的防治效果显著优于其余各处理及CK,持效性突出;667 m2辣椒产量达2 518.9 kg,显著高于其余处理、CK及空白对照(CK1),较CK和CK1分别增产37.21%和96.20%.本研究开发出1种新型复配农药,为辣椒炭疽病绿色、高效防控提供了技术支撑.

Pepper anthracnose is a major fungal disease restricting the development of the pepper industry.To screen high-efficiency and long-acting control agents,this study used the pepper cultivar'Hongbaota'as the test material.Nine triazole derivatives were compounded with copper hydroxide at a mass ratio of 1∶5.Laboratory antibacterial tests and field efficacy trials were conducted to systematically evaluate the inhibitory activity of the compound agents against Colletotrichum capsici,as well as their field control effect and yield-increasing performance.The results showed that the indoor inhibition rate of all compound agents was significantly higher than that of the medicated control(CK,difenoconazole+copper hydroxide).Among them,the compound treatment(T3)of(1H-1,2,4-triazole-3,5-diyl)bis(azoimino)bis(methylene)bisphenol combined with copper hydroxide exhibited the best performance,with the highest inhibition rate of 95.67%,which was significantly increased by 27.53 percentage points compared with CK.Field trials indicated that T3 achieved the highest control efficacy of 82.74%and 68.12%at 21 d and 30 d after pesticide application,respectively.The control efficacy at 30 d was significantly superior to that of other treatments and CK,showing an outstanding persistent effect.The pepper yield of T3 treatment reached 2 518.9 kg per 667 m2,which was significantly higher than that of other treatments,the control(CK)and the blank control(CK1).Compared with CK and CK1,the yield increased by 37.21%and 96.20%,respectively.This study developed a new compound pesticide,which provides a technical support for the green and efficient prevention and control of pepper anthracnose.
