某固定管板换热器焊缝区域出现孔洞,进而引起泄漏事故.采用宏观观察、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法对焊缝泄漏的原因进行分析.结果表明:焊接过程中引入了气孔、疏松、夹杂等焊接缺陷,此类缺陷成为腐蚀活化位点,促进了腐蚀的发生;焊接过程中冷却速率过快,导致焊缝区域铁素体含量偏高,材料发生铁素体选择性腐蚀,最终使焊缝发生局部腐蚀并引发泄漏.

The holes appeared in the weld area of a fixed tube plate heat exchanger,leading to a leakage accident.The causes of weld leakage were analyzed by macroscopic observation,metallographic examination,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that welding defects such as porosity,looseness,and inclusions were introduced during the welding process,which became corrosion activation sites and promoted the occurrence of corrosion.The cooling rate during the welding process was too fast,resulting in a high content of ferrite in the weld area,selective corrosion of ferrite in the material,ultimately caused local corrosion of the weld and leakage.
