洗涤塔液位计接管开裂原因OA
Reasons for cracking of the connection pipe of the washing tower liquid level gauge
某煤化工厂煤制甲醇洗涤塔液位计接管及其下方壳体内壁出现裂纹.采用宏观观察、渗透检测、化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析、力学性能测试等方法对接管开裂原因进行分析.结果表明:在洗涤塔运行过程中,循环水的进入使接管底部和接管下方筒体内壁的温度下降;当停止通水时,接管和壳体温度上升,使接管产生了循环热应力,最终导致接管发生多源热疲劳开裂.
A crack defect appeared on the connecting pipe of the liquid level gauge of the coal-to-methanol washing tower and the inner wall of the shell below it in a certain coal chemical factory.The reasons for the cracking of the connecting pipe were analyzed using macroscopic observation,penetration testing,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy analysis,mechanical property testing.The results show that during the operation of the washing tower,the entry of circulating water caused a decrease in temperature at the bottom of the connecting pipe and the inner wall of the shell below the connecting pipe.When the water supply was stopped,the temperature of the connecting pipe and the shell rose,causing cyclic thermal stress on the connecting pipe,ultimately leading to multi-source thermal fatigue cracking of the connecting pipe.
