Reasons for the groove formation of S30408 stainless steel pipe
某S30408不锈钢管在焊接酸洗后发现,其内壁出现沟槽.利用宏观观察、化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相检验、扫描电镜分析等方法分析了沟槽形成的原因.结果表明:焊接工艺控制不当,使焊缝两侧局部发生敏化现象,降低了该部位的耐晶间腐蚀能力,导致该钢管在酸洗时发生了晶间腐蚀,并形成了沟槽.
After welding and pickling,grooves were found on the inner wall of a S30408 stainless steel pipe.The causes of groove formation were analyzed using macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,hardness testing,metallographic examination,scanning electron microscopy analysis.The results show that improper welding process control resulted in local sensitization on both sides of the weld,reducing the intergranular corrosion resistance of the area.This led to intergranular corrosion and the formation of grooves in the steel pipe during acid pickling.
