文章分析了党建引领果树科研高质量发展的现实意义,阐述了河北省农林科学院昌黎果树研究所在政治引领、组织凝聚、作风保障、人才培育、党建品牌"五维机制"构建中的实践探索,分析了党建引领果树科研高质量发展中存在的问题,提出了创新特色融合载体、健全双向考核评价体系、深化党建联建协同机制、完善党员人才激励机制的"四轮驱动"对策建议.
This paper analyzed the practical significance of Party building leading the high-quality development of fruit tree scientific research,expounded the practical exploration of Changli Institute of Pomology,Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences in constructing the"five-dimensional mechanism"covering political guidance,organizational cohesion,work style guarantee,talent cultivation and Party building brand,analyzed the existing problems in the high-quality development of fruit tree scientific research led by Party building,and put forward the"four-wheel drive"countermeasures and suggestions:innovating characteristic integration carriers,improving the two-way assessment and evaluation system,deepening the collaborative mechanism of Party building joint construction,and improving the incentive mechanism for Party member talents.
