Comparison of yield strength measurement methods for stainless steel bolts

采用实物拉伸法与引伸计拉伸法,对304、316L、32001不锈钢螺栓的屈服强度进行测量,研究两种测量方法产生偏差的原因.结果表明:实物拉伸法与引伸计拉伸法测量值的偏差率为0.9%~6.6%,引伸计法测量值更低,热处理状态对偏差率的影响最显著,316L钢的偏差率整体较高;偏差产生的原因为实物拉伸法宏观位移测量局限及螺纹应力集中.

The yield strength of 304,316L,and 32001 stainless steel bolts was measured using the physical stretching method and the extensometer stretching method,and the reasons for the deviation between the two measurement methods were studied.The results show that the deviation rate between the measured values of the physical stretching method and the extensometer stretching method was 0.9%to 6.6%,with the extensometer method measuring lower values.The heat treatment state had the most significant impact on the deviation rate,and the overall deviation rate of 316L steel was higher.The reason for the deviation was the limitation of macroscopic displacement measurement by physical stretching method and the concentration of thread stress.
