农村科技特派员制度是推动现代农业科技创新成果惠及"三农"、助力乡村振兴的重要措施.进入新发展阶段,农村科技特派员工作面临着复杂新形势、严格新要求、艰巨新挑战.文章以广东省阳春市春湾镇为例,探讨新时期农村科技特派员工作的实践模式,总结工作经验,为完善科技特派员制度、更有效服务乡村振兴战略提供参考.
The rural science and technology correspondent system is an important measure to bring the benefits of modern agricultural scientific and technological innovation achievements to agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and boost rural revitalization.Entering the new development stage,the work of rural science and technology correspondents is confronted with complex new situations,strict new requirements and arduous new challenges.Taking Chunwan Town,Yangchun City,Guangdong Province as an example,this paper discussed the practical modes of rural science and technology correspondent work in the new era,summarized relevant work experience,and provided reference for improving the science and technology correspondent system and serving the rural revitalization strategy more effectively.
