基于多传感器融合的联合收获机状态监测与故障预警系统OA
Joint harvesting machine state monitoring and fault warning system based on multi-sensor fusion
随着农业机械的自动化、智能化发展,联合收获机作为大豆、小麦等重要农作物的收获装备,其机械性能直接影响粮食收获效率和农业生产的经济效益.在生产实践中,联合收获机因为机械结构复杂、作业环境恶劣等因素,易出现多种类型的故障问题,因此研究开发多传感器融合的状态监测与故障预警系统,对于保障作业效率、降低维护成本、实现智能化转型具有积极作用.本文分析了联合收获机结构与监测需求,设计了状态监测下的传感器应用要点及故障预警方案,以期为提升联合收获机的智能化运维水平与可靠性提供新的思路.
With the development of automation and intelligence in agricultural machinery,the combine harvester,as a harvesting equipment for important crops such as soybeans and wheat,its mechanical performance directly affects the ef-ficiency of grain harvesting and the economic benefits of agricultural production.In production practice,due to the com-plex mechanical structure and harsh working environment of the combine harvester,various types of faults are prone to occur.Therefore,the research and development of a multi-sensor fusion state monitoring and fault warning system is of great significance for ensuring operation efficiency,reducing maintenance costs,and achieving intelligent transformation.This paper analyzes the structure and monitoring requirements of the combine harvester,designs the key points of sensor application and fault warning schemes under state monitoring,with the aim of providing new ideas for improving the in-telligent operation and maintenance level and reliability of the combine harvester.
