"四个农业"发展视域的科技特派员创业生态观思维与对策探析OA

As the core strategy for building a powerful agricultural country during the"15th Five-Year Plan"period,the"Four Agricultures"—science and technology agriculture,green agriculture,quality agriculture and brand agriculture—form an organic whole that supports each other and develops collaboratively.The science and technology correspondent system is a key institutional innovation originating from the grassroots and serving the"three rural issues".Under the background of the new era,it is urgent to realize the transformation from single technology extension to whole industrial chain entrepreneurial empowerment.Based on the scientific connotation and internal relationship of the"Four Agricultures",this paper introduced the entrepreneurial ecosystem theory,advocated that science and technology correspondents in the new era should establish ecosystem thinking,and discussed the work ideas and countermeasures for science and technology correspondents to promote the sustainable development of the"Four Agricultures"from four levels:system construction,value transformation,collaborative symbiosis and sustainable development,with a view to providing theoretical basis and practical reference for the improvement and re-innovation of the science and technology correspondent system in the new era.
