杨小军基于"肺肠气机调燮"论治慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并便秘经验及机制探析OA

During acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,constipation frequently occurs as a comorbidity.The two conditions interact and form a vicious cycle,worsening respiratory symptoms while significantly impairing patients'quality of life.Based on the theory of"exterior-interior relationship between lung and large intestine",Professor YANG Xiaojun proposes the concept of"regulating lung-intestine Qi movement".He considers the core pathogenesis to be the disorder of Qi movement in lung and intestine,characterized by root deficiency and branch excess,with Qi stagnation,blood stasis,and Yin injury as the main pathological links.Therefore,the therapeutic approach focuses on"ventilating lung and dredging Fu-organs",combined with moving Qi and activating blood,alongside replenishing Qi and nourishing Yin.This is supplemented by a multidimensional regulation of"medication,diet,activity,and emotion",forming a holistic intervention strategy.Aligning with the gut-lung axis in modern medicine,this approach alleviates constipation symptoms and further relieves cough and asthma,reducing the acute exacerbation frequency,and highlighting the integrative advantages of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the whole-course management of chronic diseases.This article systematically summarizes Professor YANG's clinical experience,aiming to present a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment and provide insights for the construction of a multi-organ simultaneous regulation diagnosis and treatment model for chronic diseases.
