基于AQWA软件的码头系泊船舶缆绳断裂响应分析OA

为研究缆绳断裂对船舶系泊系统运动响应的影响,本文基于AQWA水动力分析软件建立了船舶码头系泊模型.首先在频域分析中计算船舶的六自由度幅值响应算子,识别出横摇与纵摇在0.4~0.6 rad/s存在显著共振峰;其次在时域分析中以恶劣海况(7级风、2.5 m波高)下最大受力缆绳组C5C6为研究对象,模拟计算缆绳因自身破损断裂及超过最小破断力(Minimum breaking load,MBL;1 500 kN)断裂这两种工况下船舶系泊系统的运动响应.结果表明,两种断裂情况均导致船舶纵荡显著增大(增速分别为2.1和6.5 mm/s),并使剩余缆绳张力提升32%~45%,护舷压力增大36%以上;特别发现断裂后10 min内会出现相邻缆绳相继失效的连锁反应.研究结果可为系泊安全、系泊系统设计、码头系泊应急等提供参考.

To investigate the impact of the cable breakage on the motion response of a ship's mooring system,this study establishes a ship-berth mooring model based on the AQWA hydrodynamic analysis software.First,in the frequency-domain analysis,the six-degree-of-freedom Response Amplitude Oper-ators(RAOs)of the ship are calculated,revealing significant resonance peaks for roll and pitch motions within the range of 0.4~0.6 rad/s.Then,in the time-domain analysis,the C5C6 cable group subjected to the highest load under severe sea conditions(wind scale 7,wave height 2.5 m)are taken as the re-search object.The motion response of the mooring system is simulated under two scenarios:the cable breakage due to its own damage and the cable breakage caused by exceeding the Minimum Breaking Load(MBL;1 500 kN).The results show that both breakage cases lead to a significant increase in surge mo-tion(with velocity increments of 2.1 and 6.5 mm/s,respectively),raise tension in the remaining cables by 32%~45%,and increase fender pressure by more than 36%.In particular,a chain reaction of suc-cessive failures of adjacent cables is observed within 10 minutes after the initial breakage.The findings can provide references for mooring safety,mooring system design,and emergency response during bert-hing operations.
