基于"木郁达之"理论论治功能性便秘合并情绪障碍OA

This paper introduced Professor ZHAO Bin's clinical experience in treating functional constipation(FC)complicated by emotional disorders based on the theory of"facilitating stagnant liver".Professor ZHAO Bin has long been engaged in the clinical research of pelvic floor dysfunction diseases and anorectal diseases.He pointed out that traditional Chinese medicine had unique advantages in the treatment of FC,and held that the core pathogenesis of FC combined with emotional disorders was liver depression and spleen deficiency as well as disorder of Qi movement,with the disease location mainly involving the liver,spleen,and large intestine.Clinically guided by the theory of"facilitating stagnant liver",Professor ZHAO Bin took"releasing stagnation"as the basic treatment principle,and formulated the therapeutic methods of soothing liver,invigorating spleen,moistening intestines,moving qi,relieving depression,and tranquilizing mind.He treated both manifestation and root cause,and regulated the body and mind simultaneously.The modified Xiaoyao Powder combined with Maziren Pills was flexibly applied,supplemented by other auxiliary therapies,aiming to balance Yin and Yang,smooth Qi movement,and restore visceral functions,with definite clinical efficacy.One proven case was attached for clinical reference.
