国家自然科学基金驱动农业科研机构创新发展的路径研究OA

Taking the Institute of Plant Protection,Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as the research object,this paper constructed a three-dimensional management model of the National Natural Science Foundation featuring"policy guidance-capacity building-process management"based on the data of National Natural Science Foundation project applications from 2014 to 2024(1 143 applications in total,344 funded).Through comparative analysis,case study and other methods,it deeply analyzed the common problems of agricultural scientific research institutions in fund application,and put forward targeted and operable optimization strategies from the aspects of precisely empowering the growth of young talents,building a digital discipline service system,and improving the"talent-project-discipline"collaborative mechanism.This study aims to provide reference for similar institutions to improve application quality,and promote the sustainable development and innovation of agricultural basic research.
