基于丁丽仙教授学术思想运用"益气养血和营"法论治产后病经验OA

Postpartum disorders refer to diseases occurring in puerperium and related to childbirth and puerperium.The etiology and pathogenesis of postpartum disorders lie in the fact that physical exertion during delivery consumes Qi and delivery injury causes blood loss and fluid consumption.As a result,the body is in a pathological state of sudden deficiency of Qi and blood,exhaustion of all vessels,and stagnation of stasis and turbidity.Deficiency of Qi and blood results in dystrophy of Zang-Fu organs and insufficiency of thoroughfare and conception vessels.Internal obstruction of static blood leads to obstruction of meridians and collaterals and difficult regeneration of new blood,further causing imbalance of nutrient and defense Qi as well as disharmony between exterior and interior,thus clinically manifesting as patterns of multiple deficiency and stasis and mixed deficiency-excess.Professor LI Qiong,an academic inheritor of nationally renowned TCM professor DING Lixian,inherits her academic philosophy of taking Yin-blood as the foundation and regulating Qi movement as the priority in treating gynecological diseases.In the treatment of postpartum diseases,she focuses on the combination of reinforcing healthy Qi and dredging regulation,adopts the basic therapeutic method of replenishing Qi,nourishing blood,and harmonizing nutrient Qi,and flexibly applies Professor DING Lixian's empirical prescriptions in clinical practice,achieving definite therapeutic effect.This paper collates two typical clinical cases treated by Professor LI Qiong,analyzes them according to the above therapeutic principles and methods,and summarizes her clinical experience for clinical reference.
