A Brief Analysis of Current Situation and Potential of Surface Water Development and Utilization in Ningxia
宁夏降雨稀少,当地水资源量少质差,是全国水资源最为匮乏的地区之一,经济社会发展主要依赖于国家限量分配的黄河水.在深入分析宁夏水情、摸清地表水开发利用和资源底数基础上,提出了优化水资源要素配置和支撑高质量发展的建议,以期为宁夏地表水资源的开发利用、节约保护和配置调度提供参考.
Ningxia has scarce rainfall and its local water resources are both scarce and of poor quality.It is one of the regions with the most scarce water resources in China.Its economic and social development mainly relies on the limited allocation of water from the Yellow River by the state.Based on an in-depth analysis of the water conditions in Ningxia,a clear understanding of the development and utilization of surface water and the resource base,suggestions for optimizing the allocation of water resources elements and supporting high-quality development are put forward,with the aim of providing references for the development and utilization,conservation and protection,and allocation and dispatching of surface water resources in Ningxia.
