空中目标行为意图识别是现代空战态势感知与指挥决策中的关键环节.针对现有深度学习模型在行为意图识别任务中普遍存在的特征提取不充分、误分率较高以及可解释性不足等关键问题,提出一种基于时序知识图谱的行为意图识别方法.首先,融合领域知识与仿真数据(BaseData),构建包含时序关联信息的空中对抗时序知识图谱(TLDATA);其次,引入Copy-Generation机制,实现行为关联信息在图谱中的精准迁移与生成,并结合滑动窗口历史记忆模块,有效捕捉和利用行为的动态演化规律;最后,通过加权融合策略对模型输出进行整合,提升识别性能与鲁棒性.实验结果表明,所提出的模型在TLDATA和BaseData 2个数据集上的表现均优于基线方法,充分验证了其有效性与优越性,为在小样本、低熵、高密度场景下实现空战场空中目标行为意图识别提供了有益的参考与借鉴.

Behavioral intention recognition of aerial targets is a key component in situational awareness and command decision-making for modern air combat.To address the critical issues commonly encountered in existing deep learning models for behavior intention recognition-such as insufficient feature extraction,high misclassification rates,and inadequate interpretability-this paper proposes a behavior intention recog-nition method based on temporal knowledge graphs.First,domain knowledge is integrated with simulation data(BaseData)to construct a temporal knowledge graph for aerial combat(TLDATA)that captures temporal dependencies.Second,a Copy-Generation mechanism is introduced to enable precise transfer and generation of behavioral relational information within the graph,combined with a sliding-window historical memory module to effectively capture and leverage the dynamic evolution patterns of behaviors.Finally,a weighted fusion strategy is employed to integrate the model outputs,thereby enhancing recognition per-formance and robustness.Experimental results show that the proposed model outperforms baseline meth-ods on both the TLDATA and BaseData datasets,fully demonstrating its effectiveness and superiority.This work provides valuable insights and a useful reference for behavior intention recognition of aerial tar-gets in scenarios characterized by limited samples,low entropy,and high density in air combat environ-ments.
