南洋楹无性系多性状综合评价及选择OA
Multi-Trait Evaluation and Comprehensive Selection of Falcataria falcata Clones
[目的]为选育生长与抗逆性兼优的南洋楹优良无性系,本研究以 19个无性系为材料,系统评价其在0.5、1.5、2.5和3.5 a 四个树龄的生长性状(树高、胸径、材积)、干形(分枝性状)、风害率、发病率及综合表现.[方法]通过方差分析、相关性分析及布雷金多性状综合评价法,明确各无性系在不同林龄阶段的性状差异及遗传表现.[结果]不同树龄南洋楹各无性系的树高、胸径和材积均存在极显著差异(p<0.01),其中材积的遗传变异最为丰富,树高稳定性较高.无性系 B8在4个树龄阶段的生长性状表现优异;A4和 B2分枝值较低,干形良好;B2和大 1在各树龄阶段风害率最低,抗风性较强;A8、A9和 B8抗病性相对较差,而57.89%的南洋楹无性系(A1、A2、A3、A4、A6、B4、B7、TL14、TL17、大1和大2)均表现出较强的抗病能力.相关性分析表明,生长性状间极显著正相关,分枝性状与生长性状及抗逆性指标具有负相关性.综合多性状分析筛选出优良无性系 TL17、大1、D12和 A4,其在4个树龄阶段均表现出优良的生长与抗逆能力,且遗传增益显著、稳定性强.[结论]无性系 TL17、大1、D12和 A4生长表现优异、抗逆性强,具有重要的选育和推广价值.研究结果为南洋楹良种选育和高效栽培提供了重要理论依据.
[Objective]To identify elite clones of Falcataria falcata with excellent growth and stress resist-ance,19 clones were comprehensively evaluated across four developmental stages of 0.5,1.5,2.5,and 3.5 years of age using growth traits(tree height,diameter at breast height(DBH)and volume),trunk shape(branching traits),wind damage rate,incidence rate,and comprehensive performance.[Methods]Analys-is of variance,correlation analysis,and Brecking's multi-trait comprehensive evaluation method were em-ployed to determine trait differences and genetic performance of clones across different age stages.[Res-ult]Highly significant differences(p<0.01)in tree height,DBH,and volume among clones at all ages.Stem volume exhibited the greatest genetic variation,while tree height demonstrated high stability.Clone B8 consistently exhibited superior growth performance across all age stages.Clones A4 and B2 had lower branching indices,indicating desirable trunk shape.Clones B2 and Da1 showed the lowest wind damage rate across all stages,indicating strong wind resistance.Clones A8,A9 and B8 were relatively suscept-ible to disease,whereas 57.89%of F.falcata clones(A1,A2,A3,A4,A6,B4,B7,TL14,TL17,Da1 and Da2)exhibited strong disease resistance.Correlation analysis revealed highly significant positive correla-tions among growth traits,while branching traits were negatively correlated with growth traits and stress resistance.Based on comprehensive multi-trait analysis,clones TL17,Da1,D12,and A4 were identified as elite candidates,exhibiting consistently superior growth and stress resistance across all age stages,along with high genetic gain and strong trait stability.[Conclusion]Clones TL17,Da1,D12 and A4 have excel-lent growth performance and strong stress resistance,and have important breeding and promotion value.These findings provide a valuable theoretical basis for the genetic improvement and efficient cultivation of F.falcata.
