针对地下洞室工程施工期地质条件复杂、工序耦合紧密、变更频繁所导致的管理效率低与数据孤岛问题,构建了 BIM+GIS三维可视化智慧建造实施框架.首先,建立施工期精细化BIM模型、三维地质模型与GIS实景场景;其次,在统一编码体系下,提出构件级模型与工作分解结构(WBS)的动态自动关联方法,支撑进度、质量、安全等业务数据与模型的深度融合;最后,开发包含Web端、移动端与大屏端的三端协同管理系统,实现数模联动与闭环管控.工程应用表明:单次构件信息查询用时由15 min降至5 min,质量问题闭环派发由2 h缩至0.5 h,不良地质洞段材料超耗率由5%降至2%,综合成本降低约8%.该方法可为同类地下洞室工程施工期智慧建造提供可复制的技术路径.

Aiming at the problems of low management efficiency and data island caused by complex geological conditions,tightly coupled working procedures and frequent design changes during the construction of underground cavern engineering,this paper constructs a three-dimensiona l visual intelligent construction implementation framework based on BIM+GIS.Firstly,the refined BIM model,3D geological model and GIS real-scene environment for the construction period are established.Secondly,under a unified coding system,a dynamic automatic association method between component-level models and Work Breakdown Structure(WBS)is proposed,which supports the deep integration of business data involving schedule,quality and safety with the models.Finally,a three-terminal collaborative management system covering Web terminal,mobile terminal and large screen terminal is developed to realize digital-model linkage and closed-loop management and control.Engineering application results show that the time consumed for single component information query is reduced from 15 min to 5 min,the closed-loop dispatch time of quality problems is shortened from 2 h to 0.5 h,the material over-consumption rate in unfavorable geological cavern sections drops from 5%to 2%,and the comprehensive cost is reduced by about 8%.The proposed method can provide a replicable technical route for the intelligent construction of similar underground cavern projects during the construction period.
