Stochastic Comparison of Folded Elliptical Random Variables Based on Hazard Rate Order
利用对数密度比函数的性质,分析了弱于凹函数条件下一般非负随机变量的失效率序关系,再利用密度生成函数性质,分析了形状参数对折叠椭球随机变量密度函数大小的影响,进而给出不同密度生成函数且弱于凹函数条件下,折叠椭球随机变量基于失效率序随机比较的等价刻画.
The properties of the log-density ratio function are utilized to analyze the hazard rate order rela-tionship for general non-negative random variables under conditions weaker than the concave function.Then,by leveraging the properties of density generator functions,the influence of shape parameters on the magnitudes of the density functions of folded ellipsoidal random variables is analyzed.Furthermore,an equivalent characterization is provided for the stochastic comparison of hazard rate order for folded el-lipsoidal random variables under different density generator functions and conditions weaker than the concave function.
