Research on How to Identify Flight Conflict Critical Node Based on Weighted Cycle Ratio

针对航空运输需求激增背景下飞行冲突风险加剧、关键冲突飞机识别难度加大的问题,提出了一种基于复杂网络和加权圈比的关键节点识别方法.该方法以冲突航空器为节点,冲突关系为连边建立飞行冲突网络,基于圈比(CR)融合边权信息,提出加权圈比(WCR)的概念,结合节点强度(NS)形成可调节混合指标(MI),以此确定飞行冲突网络中的关键节点.为验证关键节点的有效性,基于 Val指标排序进行节点删除实验,通过计算网络效率变化曲线与坐标轴所围成的面积S进行评价.结果表明,新指标对应的面积S平均值仅为27.6,相较于节点强度、加权介数、加权圈比及圈比分别降低了约7.1%、13.2%、11.3%和19.1%.该方法能有效识别关键冲突节点,为针对性调控决策、降低网络复杂性和全局冲突风险提供了支持.

In view of the problems that the risks of flight conflicts are sharpening and the difficulties are increas-ing in identifying a critical conflicted aircraft against a background of surging air transport demand,this paper pro-poses a key node identification method based on complex networks and weighted cycle ratio(WCR).The method is to establish a flight conflict network by taking the conflicting aircraft as a node and the conflict relationship as a connecting edge based on cycle ratio(CR),fusing edge weight information,proposing the concept of weighted cycle ratio in combination with node strength(NS)to form adjustable mixed indicator(MI)used to identify the key in the flight network.In order to validate the effectiveness of critical nodes,node deletion experiments are conducted based on Val-based ranking.Evaluation is performed by calculating the area S enclosed by the network efficiency change curve and the coordinate axes.The results show that the average area S for the proposed method is only 27.6,approximately 7.1%,13.2%,11.3%,and 19.1%lower than those for NS,BC,WCR,and CR.The method ef-fectively identifies critical conflict nodes,supporting targeted regulatory decisions to reduce network complexity and global conflict risks.
