游泳馆暖通空调系统设计研究OA
Research on the design of HVAC system for swimming pool
以济南市某游泳馆为研究对象,分析室内空调设计参数选取原则,介绍散湿量与除湿热泵机组送风量计算方法,阐述除湿热泵工作原理及防结露措施,并对比两种空调系统方案.结果表明,当室内设计参数为室内水温度26.5℃、室内空气温度28.0℃、相对湿度65%时,总散湿量为268.69 kg/h,选用两台送风量为40 000 m3/h除湿热泵机组;与常规方案相比,除湿热泵方案年运行费用减少17.4万元,投资回收期约为3.4 a.合理选型的"三集一体"除湿热泵机组可同时实现除湿、池水加热和空调通风,节能潜力较大.
Taking a certain swimming pool in Jinan City as the research object,the selection principles of indoor air conditioning design parameters is analyzed,the calculation methods of the dehumidification capacity and the supply air volume of the dehumidification heat pump unit are introduced,the working principle of the dehumidification heat pump and the anti-condensation measures are elaborated,and the two air conditioning system schemes are compared.The results show that when the indoor design parameters are indoor water temperature of 26.5℃,indoor air temperature of 28.0℃,and relative humidity of 65%,the total dehumidification capacity is 268.69 kg/h.Two dehumidification heat pump units with a supply air volume of 40 000 m3/h each are selected.Compared with the conventional scheme,the annual operating cost of the dehumidification heat pump scheme is reduced by 174 000 yuan,and the investment recovery period is approximately 3.4 a.The'three-in-one'dehumidification heat pump unit with reasonable selection can simultaneously achieve dehumidification,pool water heating,and air conditioning ventilation,and has a large potential for energy-saving.
