乡村振兴战略背景下昭苏县生态畜牧业发展研究OA

The sustainable development path that promotes the synergy of quality,efficiency,safety,and environmental protection has become the core direction for the transformation and upgrading of the livestock industry in our country.This article focuses on ecological animal husbandry,proposing a transformation and upgrading path centered on dual drives of genetic innovation and cost control,as well as the reconstruction of a green breeding technology system,by constructing a six-dimensional index that encompasses resource endowment,production efficiency,consumption demand,quality safety,trade patterns,and ecological environment,based on an in-depth analysis of the weak links in the industry.As a typical case,Zhaosu County in Ili,Xinjiang,benefits from its unique land and water resource endowment,and although it demonstrates regional comparative advantages in the development of ecological livestock husbandry,it still faces practical challenges such as insufficient production standardization and limited industry chain extension.The study further demonstrates the necessity of an ecology-prioritized livestock development model by analyzing the pain points of livestock development in Zhaosu County,and proposes targeted development strategies such as constructing a'resource-production-consumption'collaborative mechanism and improving the ecological compensation policy system,providing a replicable model for the transformation and upgrading of livestock counties in China.
