本文基于CiteSpace文献计量方法,利用中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science核心数据集(WOS),对2005-2024年发表的沙棘开发利用相关文献的发文量、发文期刊、合作作者、合作机构、关键词等进行可视化分析.结果表明:①CNKI数据库年发文量呈波动下降趋势,WOS数据库则持续缓慢增长;②CNKI数据库以《国际沙棘研究与开发》等专业期刊为主,WOS数据库多发表于Journal of Food Science等综合类期刊;③CNKI数据库形成了以胡建忠、马玉花为代表的核心研究团队,WOS数据库作者合作率较高但尚未形成优势团队;④CNKI数据库合作机构主要集中在中国北方省份,WOS数据库则以中国为主,欧洲国家次之;⑤CNKI数据库侧重资源开发与应用研究,WOS数据库聚焦机理探索,沙棘叶深度开发和抗氧化剂分子机制可能是未来一段时间内的重点研究方向.通过图谱展示、热点分布等可视化分析,总结沙棘开发利用研究领域的发展动态与阶段性特征,不仅为沙棘政策制定、产业优化布局及科研方向提供实证研究基础,也为跨学科创新研究构建系统的知识图谱网络,对推动沙棘全产业链价值提升具有重要参考价值.

Based on the CiteSpace bibliometric method,this study conducted a visual analysis of the annual publication volume,journals,collaborative authors,institutions,and keywords of literature related to the development and utilization of sea buckthorn published between 2005 and 2024,using data from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and the Web of Science Core Collection(WOS).The results indicate that:①The annual publication volume in the CNKI database shows a fluctuating downward trend,while that in the WOS database continues to experience a slow increase.②Publication in the CNKI database are primarily featured in specialized journals such as International Sea Buckthorn Research and Development,whereas,those in the WOS database are more frequently found in comprehensive journals like the Journal of Food Science.③The CNKI database has formed a core research teams represented by Hu Jianzhong and Ma Yuhua,while the WOS database exhibits a higher rate of author collaboration but has not yet developed dominant research group.④Collaborating institutions in the CNKI database are predominantly concentrated in northern Chinese provinces,whereas those in the WOS database are mainly based in China,followed by European countries.⑤The CNKI database emphasizes resource development and applied research,while the WOS database focuses more on mechanistic exploration.In-depth development of sea buckthorn leaves and research on molecular mechanisms of antioxidants are likely to be key research directions in the coming period.By employing visual analysis methods such as mapping and hotspot distribution,this study summarizes the developmental trends and phase-specific characteristics in the field of sea buckthorn development and utilization research.The findings not only provide an empirical research foundation for policy formulation,industrial optimization,and scientific direction in the sea buckthorn sector but also contribute to building a systematic knowledge graph network for interdisciplinary innovation.This work holds significant reference value for promoting value enhancement across the entire sea buckthorn industry chain.
