Research progress on anatomical characteristics,clinical manifestations and preventive strategies of nerve inju-ry in implant surgery in different dentomaxillary regions
口腔种植手术成功不仅取决于种植体稳固美观,更关乎患者术后生活质量,神经损伤作为严重并发症备受临床重视.因牙颌区域解剖结构差异,种植手术可能损伤不同神经,引发永久性感觉及咀嚼功能异常.本文系统剖析不同牙颌区域种植手术时对神经结构的损伤,详述损伤场景、临床表现,并提出预防策略,以降低损伤发生率,避免并发症发生,减轻对患者术后生活质量的不良影响.
The success of oral implant surgery depends not only on implant stability and aesthetics but also on pa-tients'postoperative quality of life.Nerve injury,as a serious complication,has drawn considerable clinical attention.Due to anatomical variations in the dento-maxillofacial region,implant procedures may damage different nerves,leading to permanent sensory and masticatory dysfunction.This article systematically analyzes nerve injuries associated with implant surgery in dif-ferent dento-maxillofacial regions,detailing injury scenarios and clinical manifestations,and proposes preventive strategies to reduce the incidence of nerve damage,avoid complications,and mitigate adverse effects on patients'postoperative quality of life.
