混合式教学融合翻转课堂的口腔正畸学本科教学改革实践OA

目的:分析口腔正畸本科教学中实施混合式教学融合翻转课堂教学模式的教学成效.方法:将两种教学模式分别应用于上海交通大学口腔医学院 2020 级(对照组)和 2021 级(实验组)口腔医学专业五年制本科口腔正畸学理论教学,对照组采用线下翻转课堂,实验组采用混合式教学融合翻转课堂模式.问卷调研学生对教学目标了解度、医学素养、学习兴趣、满意度、学习时长、知识掌握度,统计考试成绩.结果:2020 级和 2021 级有效填写问卷分别为74 份和76 份,应答率分别为97.40%和96.20%.相比于对照组,实验组学生对于教学目标了解度、医学素养和学习兴趣提升,整体教学模式满意度增加(P>0.05).实验组线下翻转课堂满意度明显增加(P=0.028);课前预习时长缩短(P=0.046).实验组知识掌握度显著提高(P=0.001).实验组考试成绩提高(P>0.05).结论:混合式教学融合翻转课堂教学模式的教学效果理想,具有推广应用价值.

Objective:To implement a blended learning approach integrated with the flipped classroom model in un-dergraduate orthodontic teaching and compare its effectiveness with that of the traditional model.Methods:The two teaching models were respectively applied to the orthodontics course for five-year undergraduate students of the Stomatology major from College of Stomatology,Shanghai Jiao Tong University:the Class of 2020(control group)and the Class of 2021(experimental group).The control group received the offline flipped classroom model,while the experimental group received the blended learning integrated with flipped classroom model.A questionnaire survey was conducted to assess students'understanding of teaching objectives,medical literacy,learning interest,satisfaction,study time,and knowledge mastery.Examination scores were also collected.Results:Valid questionnaires were collected from 74 students(response rate 97.40%)in the Class of 2020 and 76 students(response rate 96.20%)in the Class of 2021.Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed improvements in understanding of teaching objectives,medical literacy and learning interest(all P>0.05).Overall satisfaction with the teaching model increased(P>0.05).Satisfaction with the offline flipped classroom component signifi-cantly increased(P=0.028).Pre-class preparation time was reduced(P=0.046).In terms of learning outcomes,knowledge mastery significantly improved(P=0.001).Examination scores increased(P>0.05).Conclusion:The blended learning ap-proach integrated with the flipped classroom model demonstrates favorable teaching effectiveness and is worthy of promotion and application.
