华东地区人群下颌第一前磨牙牙根及根管形态的CBCT研究OA

Objective:To investigate the morphological characteristics of root and root canal of 1873 mandibular first premolars by cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT).Methods:CBCT images of patients treated in Xuhui District Stoma-tological Hospital of Shanghai in 2025 were selected for a retrospective study.The number of roots,root canal configuration and radicular groove distribution of 1873 mandibular first premolars from 1014 patients were analyzed statistically based on imaging data.Results:The results showed that the number of roots of the mandibular first premolar ranged from 1 to 3,with a single root having the highest incidence(99.31％).The root canal morphology was mainly Type Ⅰ(88.68％),and the inci-dence of complex root canal morphology was relatively high for Type Ⅴ root canals(8.54％).The incidence of root surface grooves in complex root canal morphology could reach 70.28％.The probability of complex root canals in males was signifi-cantly higher than that in females(P<0.05).Conclusion:The root and root canal morphology of mandibular first premolars are diverse,with the total incidence of complex root canals being approximately 11.32％,among which Type Ⅴ root canal ranks the highest at 8.54％.When performing root canal treatment in clinical practice,it is necessary to fully integrate the in-formation from CBCT imaging to formulate a more targeted clinical guidance plan.
