高频超声诊断双侧颈动脉体瘤(副神经节瘤)1例并文献复习OA
High frequency ultrasound diagnosis of bilateral carotid body tumor(paraganglioma)in one case and literature review
目的 探讨高频超声对双侧颈动脉体瘤的诊断价值,并分析超声声像与病理关联.方法 回顾性分析南京医科大学附属明基医院2024 年7 月收治的1 例61 岁女性双侧颈动脉体瘤患者的临床资料,并对相关文献进行复习.结果 高频超声表现高度提示双侧颈动脉体瘤,CT 血管成像进一步证实,患者接受分期手术,术后病理证实为副神经节瘤.结论 高频超声能特异性显示双侧颈动脉体瘤解剖位置、形态及血流动力学改变,是首选筛查诊断工具,其低阻血流频谱是反映副神经节瘤富血供本质的重要影像学生物标志物.
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of high-frequency ultrasound in bilateral carotid body tumors and to analyze the correlation between ultrasonographic features and pathology.Methods A retrospective analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of a 61-year-old female patient with bilateral carotid body tumors was conducted,and the relevant literature was reviewed.Results High-frequency ultrasound findings were highly suggestive of bilateral carotid body tumors,which were further confirmed by CT angiography.The patient underwent staged surgery,and postoperative pathology confirmed the diagnosis of paraganglioma.Conclusions High-frequency ultrasound can specifically demonstrate the anatomical location,morphology,and hemodynamic changes of bilateral carotid body tumors,making it the preferred screening and diagnostic tool.Its low-resistance flow spectrum serves as an important imaging biomarker reflecting the hypervascular nature of paragangliomas.
