Anti Interference Control of Multi Degree of Freedom Series Actuator for Insulator Live Detection Robot
机器人多自由度串联舵机抗干扰控制中主要使用隐马尔可夫模型进行轨迹跟踪与动态补偿,易受控制律异常作用影响,导致控制轨迹跟踪误差较高,因此提出一种适用于绝缘子带电检测机器人的多自由度串联舵机抗干扰控制方法.结合拉格朗日力学构建运行动力学模型,设计机器人多自由度串联舵机抗干扰控制中心,确定舵机耦合状态;结合规划任务生成期望轨迹,通过协调层进行关节解耦与干扰补偿;利用滑模变结构生成切换函数,进行舵机动态补偿与轨迹跟踪优化,结合舵机核心驱动状态构建的非线性模型,调整趋近速度参数,输出调整控制律,更新协调滑模控制量,完成绝缘子带电检测机器人多自由度串联舵机抗干扰控制.实验结果表明,所提方法在不同类型的绝缘子带电检测机器人作业场景下的抗干扰控制轨迹跟踪均方根误差均低于1.0 mm,机器人探头运行轨迹稳定,能实时完成转矩补偿,抵消突变干扰,具有控制自适应实时动态响应性.
In the anti-interference control of robot multi degree of freedom series actuator,the Hidden Markov Model(HMM)is mainly used for trajectory tracking and dynamic compensation.However,it is easily affected by the abnormal effect of control law,leading to high trajectory tracking errors.Therefore,an effective anti-interference control method for multi degree of freedom series actuator of an insulator live detection robot is proposed.First,an operational dynamics model is constructed based on Lagrange me-chanics,and an anti-interference control center for the robot multi degree of freedom series actuator is de-signed to determine the coupling state.Subsequently,the desired trajectory is generated according to the planned task,and the joint decoupling and interference compensation are carried out through the coordina-tion layer.The sliding mode variable structure is used to generate the switching function for dynamic com-pensation and trajectory tracking optimization of the actuator.Combined with a nonlinear model built from the core driving states of the actuator,the reaching speed parameters are adjusted,the control law is out-put,and the coordinated sliding mode control quantity is updated to complete the anti-interference control of the multi degree of freedom series actuator of the insulator live detection robot.Experimental results show that under various operating scenarios of the insulator live-detection robot,the proposed method a-chieves anti-disturbance control trajectory tracking mean square errors below 1.0 mm.The robot probe operates with a stable trajectory,enables real-time torque compensation to counteract sudden disturb-ances,and exhibits adaptive real-time dynamic responsiveness.
