不同等离子处理方式对棉织物皮脂污渍洗净率的影响分析OA
Analysis of the effect of different plasma treatment methods on the removal rate of sebum stains from cotton fabrics
为探究等离子技术对织物上污渍的降解能力及对织物的损伤,选择纯棉基人工皮脂污渍为研究对象,比较了常压辉光放电、等离子体活化水和真空辉光放电三种等离子体方式处理,经同一洗涤程序洗涤后的洗护效果,分析了洗净率、色差(ΔE)和断裂强力变化.结果表明:在适宜气氛与处理时间条件下,常压辉光放电方式可使洗净率较空白对照组提高约8%,但伴随显著的颜色和强力损失;等离子体活化水方式对洗净率提升有限,仅为4%,但织物的色差和断裂强力无显著变化;真空辉光放电方式洗净率最高,较空白对照组提高约20%,但织物最大断裂强力损失接近19%.三种等离子体技术在"洗净-保护"平衡上存在显著差异,其中常压辉光放电和等离子体活化水更具家电化集成潜力.通过研究迁移真空辉光放电与氩氧混合等离子体的原理,为常压辉光空气等离子体及等离子体活化水提出优化策略,支撑其家用工程实用化.
To reduce the high energy consumption and fabric damage caused by the coupling of thermal,chemical,and mechanical actions in conventional laundering,artificially sebum-soiled cotton fabrics were investigated,and the washing performance of three plasma-based pretreatment methods:atmospheric pressure glow discharge,plasma-activated water,and vacuum glow discharge under a unified mild washing program was compared.Soil removal performance and fabric damage were evaluated in terms of washing efficiency,colour difference(ΔE)and changes in tensile strength.The results show that,under suitable gas atmospheres and treatment times,atmospheric pressure glow discharge improves washing efficiency by approximately 8%compared with the untreated control,but accompanied by moderate colour change and tensile strength loss.Plasma-activated water leads to only a limited increase(4%)in washing efficiency,but has negligible effects on colour difference and tensile strength,indicating good fabric protection.Vacuum glow discharge achieves the highest washing efficiency,about 20%higher than the control,but causes the most severe tensile strength loss,with a maximum reduction close to 19%.Those findings indicate that the three plasma technologies exhibit distinct trade-offs between cleaning performance and fabric protection,and that atmospheric pressure glow discharge and plasma-activated water are more promising for integration into household washing appliances.Based on the underlying mechanisms of the above plasma technologies,targeted optimization schemes are proposed for atmospheric-pressure glow air plasma and plasma-activated water,providing theoretical and technical support for their feasible popularization and practical application in household scenarios.
