薛汉荣基于"表散湿热,内清瘀热"辨治感染后咳嗽OA
XUE Hanrong's Treatment of Post-Infectious Cough Based on the Therapeutic Principle of Dispelling Damp-Heat from Exterior and Purging Stagnated Heat Internally
感染后咳嗽(PIC)具有极高的临床发病率,是威胁人类呼吸道健康的一大隐患,而中医药治疗该疾病优势突出.薛汉荣师承国医大师洪广祥,对于 PIC的诊治有丰富的临床经验.其认为 PIC在赣江地区属湿热证者较多,创新性提出"表散湿热,内清瘀热"的学术思想,大量临床实践发现,从该思路论治本病疗效可靠.
Post-infectious cough(PIC)has a high clinical incidence and poses a prominent hidden hazard to human respiratory health,while traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)boasts unique advantages in its treatment.As an academic successor to TCM Master Hong Guangxiang,Professor Xue Hanrong has accumulated abundant clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of PIC.He finds that patients with PIC in the Ganjiang River basin mostly present with damp-heat pattern.Innovatively,he proposes the academic idea of Dispelling Damp-Heat from Exterior and purging Stagnated Heat Internally.Long-term clinical practice has verified that therapeutic regimens formulated under this principle achieve satisfactory clinical efficacy.
