基于施工监测数据的混塔转接段承载性能研究OA
Research on the Bearing Performance of Hybrid Tower Adapter Ring Based on Construction Monitoring Data
在风电机组钢-混凝土混合结构塔筒中,转接段承担着钢塔段和混凝土塔段的连接过渡作用,其承载能力将直接影响整个风电机组的运行安全.装配上部钢塔前,需对已安装完成的转接段进行预应力张拉施工,以保证下部结构的稳定性,这也是混塔施工阶段的主要受力工况之一.在预应力荷载作用下转接段处于复杂的空间受力状态,因此对施工阶段转接段力学性能进行监测具有重要意义.本文以实际工程为背景,对风电机组钢-混凝土混合结构塔筒施工阶段转接段张拉预应力后的受力性能进行监测,通过分析关键部位的监测数据,并与有限元结果进行对比,验证了有限元模型的合理性以及本次施工中转接段的安全性.基于有限元模型进行参数分析以探究影响转接段屈服承载力的关键参数,结果表明混凝土强度和加劲肋厚度对转接段屈服承载力的影响最大.最后开展了基于应力阈值的转接段承载性能的预警研究,可为运行阶段转接段的承载性能预警工作提供参考.
In steel-concrete hybrid wind turbine towers,the adapter ring serves as a transitional component that connects the steel tower section with the concrete tower section.Its bearing capacity directly influences the operational safety of the entire wind turbine.Prior to assembling the steel tower,prestressing the adapter ring is essential to ensure the stability of the lower structure,which is also one of the primary loading conditions during the construction phase.Under prestressing loads,the adapter ring experiences a complex spatial stress state,making the monitoring of its mechanical properties crucial during construction.Based on an actual engineering of a prefabricated hybrid tower,the mechanical performance of the adapter ring after prestressing was monitored during construction.By analyzing the monitored strain data at key points on the adapter ring and comparing the results with the finite element model,the validity of the finite element model and the safety of the adapter ring during construction were verified.Building upon this FE model,a parametric analysis was conducted to investigate the key parameters that most significantly affect the yield capacity of the adapter ring.The findings indicate that the concrete strength and the thickness of the stiffeners have the greatest impact on the yield capacity of the adapter ring.Finally,an early warning study on the load-bearing performance of the adapter ring,based on stress thresholds,was proposed,offering valuable insights for the performance warning research of adapter rings during the operational phase.
