枸杞多糖通过Nrf2通路对多器官保护的研究进展OA
Research Progress of Lycium barbarum Polysaccharides in Multi-organ Protection via the Nrf2 Pathway
氧化应激失衡作为心血管疾病、神经损伤、代谢性肝病、脓毒症相关性急性肾损伤(SA-AKI)等多系统疾病的共同病理基础,其核心是活性氧(ROS)过量生成与内源性抗氧化防御不足的恶性循环.枸杞多糖(LBP)作为枸杞子的主要活性成分,兼具药食同源特性及多靶点调控优势,近年来其通过核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)通路调控氧化应激,在多器官保护作用相关研究领域备受关注.本综述检索PubMed、中国知网数据库2010年1月—2025年6月相关文献,系统总结LBP对心肌缺血再灌注损伤、缺血性脑卒中、酒精性肝损伤、SA-AKI、血管性视网膜病变及紫外线诱导皮肤损伤的保护作用及作用机制,以期为LBP用于慢性疾病长期干预的临床转化及天然产物多靶点开发提供理论支撑.
Oxidative stress imbalance,as a common pathological basis for multi-system diseases such as cardiovascular diseases,nerve injury,metabolic liver disease,and sepsis-associated acute kidney injury(SA-AKI),is characterized by a vicious cycle of excessive reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation and insufficient endogenous antioxidant defense.Lycium barbarum polysaccharides(LBP),as the primary bioactive components of L.barbarum,have attracted significant attention in recent years in multi-organ protective effect research due to their medicinal and edible properties and multi-target regulatory advantages,particularly regarding their regulation of oxidative stress via the nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2)pathway.This article,through a review of the literature retrieved from PubMed and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)databases with the time interval from January 2010 to June 2025,systematically summarizes the protective effects and mechanisms of LBP against myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,ischemic stroke,alcoholic liver injury,SA-AKI,vascular retinopathy,and ultraviolet-induced skin damage.It aims to provide theoretical support for the clinical translation of LBP in long-term intervention of chronic diseases and the multi-target development of natural products.
