剧烈呕吐致食管贲门黏膜撕裂综合征一例并文献复习OA

This paper retrospectively analyzes a case of Mallory-Weiss syndrome(MWS)induced by severe vomiting after excessive alcohol consumption,admitted to the Yangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Also,the idea of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is explored in the clinical application for this disease.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),MWS falls into the categories such as"hematemesis syndrome"and"spitting blood".Based on syndrome differentiation,this case demonstrated Qi deficiency and blood heat,where heat damaged collateral in the stomach.Correspondingly,TCM treatment employed the methods of replenishing Qi to control bleeding,and cooling blood to harmonize the stomach.Concurrently,Western medicine interventions involved emergency endoscopic titanium clipping combined with local medicine spraying to quickly stop acute bleeding.The two therapies addressed both manifestations and root causes,exerting synergistic effects.The patient's condition improved after the integrated treatment.This paper aims to emphasize the significance of detailed medical history collection and emergency endoscopy within 24 h for patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Furthermore,emergency symptomatic treatment is combined with a holistic TCM approach,providing a reference for early identification and standardized comprehensive treatment of MWS.
