弃渣场堆排方式对边坡可靠度影响研究OA
Influence of Filling Modes on Reliability of Slag Dump Slopes
[目的]弃渣场堆排方式是影响弃渣场边坡安全稳定的主要因素之一,研究堆排方式对弃渣场边坡可靠度的影响,为弃渣场的设计和施工提供理论指导.[方法]基于相关随机场理论,研究不同堆排方式的弃渣场随机模型生成方法.首先,结合蒙特卡罗法和强度折减法,建立了不同堆排方式的弃渣场可靠度计算方法.然后,通过控制变量法分析了不同参数对弃渣场可靠度的影响.最后,采用灰色关联理论对不同参数的影响进行了排序.[结果]①利用所提出的方法能够模拟不同材料渣体成团堆积、水平分层堆积、竖向分层堆积和倾斜分层堆积的弃渣场;②对于成团堆积的弃渣场,材料分布越均匀、边坡的失效概率越小;③对于分层堆积的弃渣场,分层倾角与材料的内摩擦角接近时,边坡失效的概率增大.各参数对边坡可靠度的影响从大到小排序为:旋转角度、竖直相关距离、水平相关距离.[结论]在堆排弃渣体时,应尽量使不同种类的材料均匀混合,以提高弃渣场的稳定性;若弃渣分层堆排,分层的倾角应尽量与渣体材料的内摩擦角有一定差别.
[Objective]The filling mode of a slag dump is one of the main factors affecting the safety and stability of its slope.This study aims to investigate the influence of filling modes on the reliability of slag dump slopes,thereby providing theoretical guidance for the design and construction of slag dumps.[Methods]Based on the theory of random fields,this study investigated methods for generating random models of slag dumps with different filling modes.First,by combining the Monte Carlo method and the strength reduction method,a calculation method for the reliability of slag dumps with different filling modes was established.Then,the influence of different parameters on the reliability of slag dumps was analyzed through the control variable method.Finally,the influence of different parameters was ranked using the grey relational analy-sis theory.[Results](1)The proposed method could simulate slag dumps with different materials in the forms of clump de-posit,horizontal layered deposit,vertical layered deposit,and inclined layered deposit.(2)For slag dumps with clump de-posit,the more uniform the material distribution,the lower the failure probability.(3)For layered slag dumps,when the in-clination angle of each layer was close to the internal friction angle of the material,the failure probability of the slope in-creased.The order of the influence of each parameter on the slope reliability,from greatest to least,was:rotation angle,ver-tical correlation distance,and horizontal correlation distance.[Conclusions]To enhance the stability of a slag dump,during the dumping process,efforts should be made to ensure that different types of materials are mixed evenly.If the slag is dumped in layers,the inclination angle of each layer should be designed to be somewhat different from the internal friction angle of the slag material.
