[目的]揭示黄河沉积物中溶解性有机质(DOM)的光谱特征、重金属总量特征以及时空分布特征,探究 DOM 与重金属之间的相关性,为流域水资源管理和生态保护策略的制定提供科学依据.[方法]以不同季节下黄河河南段表层沉积物为研究对象,采用紫外可见吸收光谱、三维荧光吸收光谱分析 DOM 光谱特征,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定重金属含量,应用平行因子分析和相关性分析等方法研究不同季节下 DOM 与重金属之间的关系.[结果]①在调水调沙之后的秋季,有色可溶解性有机质(CDOM)浓度最高,河流沉积物中芳香族和疏水性化合物的相对含量以及CDOM 的相对分子量也随之增高,外源输入占比有所增加.②在夏季和秋季,三维荧光光谱耦合平行因子分析(EEM-PARAFAC)模型解析出两种荧光组分,即类蛋白组分 C1 和类腐殖质组分 C2;在冬季,还另外解析出第 3 种组分,即低激发类色氨酸组分C3.③研究区表层沉积物CDOM 以陆源产生居多,并且各个季节不同河段的CDOM 来源相似,主要为陆地或者土壤源输入,自生源贡献较少.④相关关系较为明显的重金属元素主要是 Co、Ni、Cu 及 Zn,在不同季节下呈现出不同的相关关系,这表明不同季节周边人为干扰影响了CDOM 的特征和组成,使其产生了复杂的相互作用.[结论]研究结果有助于进一步明晰沉积物中 DOM 的迁移转化规律及其与各类污染物的耦合作用机理,可为黄河河南段的水环境管控和生态治理提供数据参考与理论支撑.

[Objective]This study aims to reveal the spectral characteristics,total heavy metal concentration characteristics,and spatiotemporal distribution of dissolved organic matter(DOM)in sediments of the Henan reach of the Yellow River,and to explore the correlation between DOM and heavy metals,so as to provide a scientific basis for water resource management and ecological protection strategy formulation in the river basin.[Methods]Surface sediments collected from the Henan reach of the Yellow River in different seasons were taken as the research objects,and ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrosco-py and three-dimensional excitation-emission matrix fluorescence spectroscopy were adopted to analyze the spectral characteris-tics of DOM.Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used to determine the contents of heavy metals.Parallel fac-tor analysis and correlation analysis were applied to investigate the relationships between DOM and heavy metals across differ-ent seasons.[Results](1)The concentration of chromophoric dissolved organic matter(CDOM)was highest in autumn af-ter the water and sediment regulation project.Meanwhile,the relative contents of aromatic and hydrophobic compounds,as well as the relative molecular weight of CDOM in river sediments,increased,with an elevated proportion of allochthonous in-put.(2)Three-dimensional excitation-emission matrix fluorescence spectroscopy combined with parallel factor analysis(EEM-PARAFAC)identified two fluorescent components in summer and autumn,namely protein-like component C1 and hu-mic-like component C2.A third component,low-excitation tryptophan-like component C3,was additionally identified in win-ter.(3)CDOM in surface sediments of the Henan reach was predominantly terrigenous.The sources of CDOM in different river segments remained similar across seasons,which were mainly derived from terrestrial and soil inputs with weak autoch-thonous contribution.(4)Obvious correlations were observed for Co,Ni,Cu,and Zn and their correlation patterns varied seasonally.This indicated that anthropogenic disturbances in surrounding areas altered the characteristics and composition of CDOM in the Henan reach of the Yellow River in different seasons,leading to complex interactions between CDOM and heavy metals.[Conclusions]The findings help further clarify the migration and transformation patterns of sediment DOM and its coupling mechanism with various pollutants.This study can provide scientific data reference and theoretical support for water environment regulation and ecological restoration in the Henan reach of the Yellow River.
