甘蔗糖业循环经济的实践模式、综合效益与深化路径研究OA
Research on Practical Models,Comprehensive Benefits,and Deepening Pathways of Circular Economy in Sugar Industry
甘蔗糖业循环经济的发展是产业实现绿色转型的核心路径,本文旨在系统分析实践模式、综合效益以及深化路径.本研究对3种主要实践模式进行了整理归纳:第一种是以大型制糖企业为主体的全产业链闭环模式,实现副产物资源化与高值化利用;第二种是种养结合的生态循环模式,建立区域农业生态耦合系统;第三种是以技术为驱动力的生物炼制及能源拓展模式.从经济、社会和生态3个维度衡量其总体效益,将副产物转化为利润来源从而改善收益状况、减少生产成本并且提高抗风险能力;节约木材和粮食等物资、提供就业机会;以及利用甘蔗良好的碳汇效应、实现全生命周期内的污染物排放削减.目前存在的主要问题包括技术集成创新能力不足、产业链协同不畅、绿色物流成本较高、相关政策与市场环境有待进一步改善等.基于此,本文提出系统化的深化路径:强化科技创新以突破高值化利用瓶颈;创新产业组织模式,构建利益共同体与专业化的产业园区;构建绿色智能化供应链以降低成本、提高效率;健全政策措施与标准体系,优化市场环境,全面助力产业高质量发展与"双碳"目标的实现.
The development of a circular economy in the sugar industry represents a core pathway for achieving green transformation.This paper systematically analyzes the practical models,comprehensive benefits,and pathways for deepening such development.Three major practical models are summarized:the first is a closed-loop model centered on large-scale sugar enterprises,encompassing the entire industrial chain and enabling resourceful and high-value utilization of by-products;the second is an ecological circular model combining crop cultivation and livestock breeding,establishing a regional agricultural ecological coupling system;the third is a technology-driven biorefinery and energy expansion model.The overall benefits are assessed from economic,social,and ecological dimensions:turning by-products into profit sources,improving revenue performance,reducing production costs,and enhancing risk resilience;conserving resources such as wood and grain,and creating employment opportunities;and leveraging the strong carbon sink effects of sugarcane to achieve pollutant emission reductions across the full life cycle.Key challenges currently include insuffiicient capacity for technological integration and innovation,poor coordination across the industrial chain,high costs of green logistics,and the need for further improvements in relevant policies and market environments.Accordingly,this paper proposes systematic deepening pathways:strengthening technological innovation to break through bottlenecks in high-value utilization;innovating industrial organization models to build interest communities and specialized industrial parks;developing a green and intelligent supply chain to reduce costs and improve efficiency;and improving policies,standards,and market environments.These measures collectively support high-quality industrial development and the achievement of carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.
