针对传统基于AutoCAD的糖厂管道及仪表流程图(P&ID)设计中存在的符号表达不规范、工艺数据与图形分离、多专业协同困难及材料统计依赖人工等问题,本文旨在探索基于EP3D软件的高效协同设计与数据集成方法,以实现糖厂P&ID设计的数字化转型.以国内某日处理甘蔗1万t的新建糖厂项目为工程背景,采用具备内置行业标准符号库、结构化数据管理、实时协同设计及报表自动生成等功能的国产EP3D软件,系统实施了标准化建模机制、数据驱动的设计流程、多专业在线协同以及设计校验与输出体系.结果表明:基于EP3D软件进行糖厂P&ID设计,设计周期较传统模式缩短约50%,设计失误率降低70%,设计模式从静态制图升级为动态数据建模.EP3D能够有效解决糖厂P&ID设计中的标准化、协同性、数据一致性与输出效率等关键问题,为制糖行业工程设计的数字化与智能化转型提供了可靠的技术路径与工程借鉴.

To address the problems in traditional AutoCAD-based Piping and Instrumentation Diagram(P&ID)design for sugar factories,such as non-standard symbol representation,separation of process data from graphics,difficulties in multi-disciplinary collaboration,and reliance on manual material take-off,this paper aims to explore an efficient collaborative design and data integration method based on EP3D software to achieve digital transformation of sugar factory P&ID design.Taking a newly built sugar factory in China with a daily sugarcane processing capacity of 10 000 tons as the engineering background,the domestic EP3D software-featuring a built-in industry-standard symbol library,structured data management,real-time collaborative design,and automatic report generation-was adopted to systematically implement standardized modeling mechanisms,a data-driven design process,multi-disciplinary online collaboration,and a design verification and output system.The results show that P&ID design for the sugar factory based on the EP3D software can shorten the design cycle by approximately 50%and reduce the design error rate by 70%compared with the traditional approach,upgrading the design mode from static drafting to dynamic data modeling.It is concluded that EP3D can effectively resolve key issues in sugar factory P&ID design,including standardization,collaboration,data consistency,and output efficiency,providing a reliable technical pathway and engineering reference for the digital and intelligent transformation of engineering design in the sugar industry.
