目的 分析语前聋普通话人工耳蜗植入(CI)儿童擦音的声学特征,并与听力正常(normal hearing,NH)儿童进行对比.方法 以30例3岁以内单侧CI的语前聋儿童(CI组)和30名生理年龄与CI组匹配的NH儿童(NH组)为研究对象.选用中国社会科学院语言所研发的《1.5至6岁普通话儿童发音测试(北京地区)》词表,通过图片命名法收集以擦音/f/、/s/、/sh/、/x/作为音节首位的单词录音.声学分析包括擦音摩擦时长,归一化幅值,频谱峰值和4个频谱矩(频谱重心、方差、偏度和峰度)在内的声学参数.结果 (1)NH儿童在7个声学参数上均显示发音部位主效应显著,而CI儿童仅在频谱偏度上呈现发音部位主效应显著;(2)除擦音摩擦时长外,CI儿童在擦音的多个关键声学参数(包括频谱峰值、归一化幅值、频谱重心、方差、偏度及峰度)上均与NH儿童存在显著差异;(3)CI儿童在频谱峰值、归一化幅值、频谱方差及频谱偏度上均显示出显著的"组别×发音部位"交互效应.结论 CI儿童未能建立起清晰、稳定的擦音声学范畴内部表征,其产出擦音的声学空间呈现压缩与重叠特征,揭示感知模糊与运动精细化控制不足共同导致其擦音发音障碍.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the acoustic characteristics of fricatives produced by prelingually deafened Mandarin-speaking children with cochlear implants(CI)and compare them with those of children with normal hearing(NH).METHODS Participants included 30 prelingually deaf children who received unilateral cochlear implantation before the age of 3 years(CI group)and 30 NH children matched for chronological age.All children used Mandarin Chinese daily in communication and demonstrated basic speech production abilities.We selected word lists developed by Institute of Linguistics,Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.Recordings of Mandarin words with fricatives/f/,/s/,/sh/,/x/in syllable-initial position were obtained via a picture-naming task.Acoustic analysis was performed,including parameters such as fricative duration,normalized amplitude,spectral peak location,and four spectral moments(spectral centroid,variance,skewness,and kurtosis).RESULTS 1.NH children showed a significant main effect of place of articulation across all seven acoustic parameters,whereas CI children exhibited a significant main effect of place only for spectral skewness.2.Except for fricative duration,CI children differed significantly from NH children on multiple key acoustic parameters,including spectral peak location,normalized amplitude,spectral centroid,variance,skewness,and kurtosis.3.CI children demonstrated significant'Group×Place'of articulation interaction effects for spectral peak location,normalized amplitude,spectral variance,and spectral skewness.CONCLUSION CI children failed to establish clear and stable internal representations of fricative acoustic categories.Their produced fricatives exhibited compressed and overlapping acoustic spaces,revealing that both perceptual blurring and insufficient fine motor control contribute to their fricative development difficulties.
