糖厂多晶冰糖仓式干燥技术研发与应用OA

Research and Application of Silo-type Drying Technology for Polycrystalline Rock Sugar in Sugar Mills

针对传统多晶冰糖烘干房干燥过程繁琐、劳动强度高、干燥时间长、易粘连结块、干燥不均匀等问题,本研究开发了一种多晶冰糖专用仓式干燥技术及装备,通过立式流化仓与外置垂直振动提升机协同实现物料动态循环干燥,构建流化干燥仓-外置冷却提升机循环-梯度气流控制的干燥系统.工业化生产试验结果表明,该技术可将多晶冰糖的干燥时间缩短75%以上,单位产品综合能耗降低约65%,12 h内即可将冰糖含水率控制在0.5%以下,且干燥均匀性显著提升.该技术有效解决了传统工艺的核心缺陷,提高了生产效率与产品质量,为多晶冰糖生产的提质降本增效提供了实用技术支撑.

To address the issues of tedious processes,high labor intensity,long drying time,susceptibility to agglomeration and caking,and uneven drying in the conventional drying-room process for polycrystalline rock sugar,this study developed a specialized silo-type drying technology and equipment.By synergizing a vertical fluidized silo with an external vertical vibrating elevator,dynamic circulating drying of the material is achieved,forming a drying system featuring a fluidized drying silo,an external cooling elevator recirculation,and gradient airflow control.Results from industrial-scale production trials show that this technology reduces the drying time of polycrystalline rock sugar by over 75%,reduces unit energy consumption by approximately 65%,and controls sugar moisture content below 0.5%within 12 hours,while significantly improving drying uniformity.This technology effectively resolves the core deficiencies of traditional processes,enhances production efficiency and product quality,and provides practical technical support for improving quality,increasing efficiency,and reducing costs in the production of polycrystalline rock sugar.
