基于足尺地震试验的木骨泥塑数值模拟方法研究OA
Numerical Simulation Methodology for Wooden-frame Clay Sculpture Structures Based on Full-scale Seismic Tests
我国重要的石窟寺多数位于Ⅵ度以上的设防区,地震对石窟寺脆弱塑像构成了严峻威胁.麦积山石窟历史上受强地震影响显著,为厘清地震作用下木骨泥塑造像相应机制和破坏模式,选定尺度占比最高、结构特征最典型的麦积山最具代表性的第133窟罗睺罗造像.按照三维扫描和无损探测结果,制备了足尺双肢站立式木骨泥塑造像模型,借助振动台试验模拟高烈度区历史地震作用下响应和破坏特征.研究发现,木骨泥塑造像在地震作用下虽然晃动位移较大,但具有较好的抗震性能,沿高度方向加速度和位移成倍放大,整体呈变截面拉裂—拉裂延伸至贯通—木骨表层劈裂—木骨剪断4个阶段,过程中自振频率随结构损伤逐渐降低,木骨表层劈裂后频率降幅最大,基于试验数据构建了木骨泥塑数值模拟评估方法,可为木骨泥塑造像健康诊断和安全评估提供理论依据.
Most major cave-temple sites in China are located in seismic design zones of intensity VI or higher,where earthquakes pose a severe threat to fragile statues.The Maijishan Grottoes have histori-cally been significantly affected by strong earthquakes.To clarify the seismic response mechanisms and failure modes of timber-armature clay statues,this study selected the Rahula statue in Cave 133 of the Maijishan Grottoes as the representative object,as it has the highest scale proportion and the most typical structural characteristics.Based on three-dimensional scanning and nondestructive investiga-tion,a full-scale two-legged standing timber-armature clay sculpture model was fabricated.Shaking-ta-ble tests were conducted to simulate its response and damage characteristics under historical earth-quake actions in high-intensity seismic regions.The results showed that,although the model under-went large rocking displacements during earthquakes,it exhibited good overall seismic performance.Both acceleration and displacement were amplified by several times along the height.The overall dam-age evolution proceeded through four stages:(1)tension cracking at variable-section regions,(2)crack propagation to through-cracks,(3)splitting of the surface layer of the wooden armature,and(4)shear fracture of the armature.During loading,the natural frequency decreased progressively with structural damage,and the largest reduction occurred after the splitting of the surface layer of the wooden arma-ture.Based on the experimental data,a numerical-simulation-based evaluation methodology for tim-ber-armature clay sculptures was established,providing a theoretical basis for health diagnosis and safety assessment of such statues.
