多旋翼植保无人机静电喷雾沉积性能试验研究OA
Experimental Study on Electrostatic Spray Deposition Performance of Multi-Rotor Plant Protection UAV
静电喷雾技术在航空植保机械上的应用潜力已被广泛认同,为更好地优化和推广该技术,需要进行系统的田间试验以量化分析其工作效果.采用田间试验与图像识别技术相结合的方法,对多旋翼植保无人机静电喷雾方式下雾滴在作物叶片表面的沉积性能进行测量与分析.结果显示,相比于普通喷雾,植保无人机静电喷雾沉积变异系数平均降低23%,雾滴粒径平均降低37.6%,飘移量平均减少45.5%.研究证明了静电喷雾技术对植保无人机喷雾沉积性能的提高具有重要作用,同时该技术的应用促进了农药的减量、精准施用,可为进一步设计和优化植保无人机静电喷雾系统提供参考.
The application potential of electrostatic spray technology in aviation plant protection machinery has been widely recognized.To better optimize and popularize this technology,systematic field experiments are needed to quantitatively analyze its working performance.In this study,the deposition performance of droplets on crop leaf surfaces under the electrostatic spray mode of multi-rotor plant protection UAV was measured and analyzed by combining field experiments and image recognition technology.The results showed that compared with conventional spray,the electrostatic spray of plant protection UAV reduced the average deposition coefficient of variation by 23%,the average droplet size by 37.6%,and the average drift loss by 45.5%.This study demonstrated that electrostatic spray technology plays an important role in improving the spray deposition performance of plant protection UAV.Meanwhile,the application of this technology promotes the reduced and precise application of pesticides,which can provide a reference for the further design and optimization of electrostatic spray systems for plant protection UAV.
