心脏组织工程旨在通过构建功能性心肌替代材料修复或再生受损心脏组织,但其发展受限于传统生物材料难以动态模拟心脏复杂的力学与电生理微环境.刺激响应型水凝胶(stimuli-responsive hydrogels,SRHs)作为一种智能生物材料,能够通过感知外界物理(如温度、光、力学)或化学(如pH、酶、离子)刺激动态调节自身结构与性能,为心脏组织工程提供了突破性解决方案.这类材料不仅具备优异的生物相容性和可调控的力学特性,还能通过动态响应模拟心脏组织的周期性收缩、电信号传导及病理微环境变化,从而精准调控细胞行为(如心肌细胞定向排列、血管生成),并促进受损组织修复.本综述通过整合前沿研究进展,综述了不同SRHs的设计原理与功能特性,重点阐述其在心脏组织工程中的多维度应用潜力,为开发下一代智能心肌修复材料提供了理论依据与技术参考.

Cardiac tissue engineering aims to repair or regenerate damaged myocardial tissue by constructing functional myo-cardial substitutes.However,its progress has been limited by the inability of conventional biomaterials to dynamically replicate the heart's complex mechanical and electrophysiological microenvironment.Stimuli-responsive hydrogels(SRHs),as intelligent bio-materials,present a revolutionary solution by dynamically modulating their structural and functional properties in response to exter-nal physical stimuli(e.g.,temperature,light,mechanical forces)or chemical stimuli(e.g.,pH,enzymes,ions).These materials not only demonstrate exceptional biocompatibility and tunable mechanical properties but also mimic critical cardiac dynamics,in-cluding rhythmic tissue contractions,electrical signal propagation,and pathological microenvironmental changes.Such dynamic re-sponsiveness facilitates precise regulation of cellular behaviors(e.g.,cardiomyocyte alignment,angiogenesis)and promotes target-ed tissue regeneration.This review synthesizes cutting-edge research to systematically examine the design principles and functional characteristics of various SRHs,with a particular emphasis on their multifaceted application potential in cardiac tissue engineering.By establishing fundamental theoretical frameworks and technical references,this work provides critical insights for the develop-ment of next-generation intelligent myocardial repair materials.
