甘蔗新品种的选育是推动甘蔗产业持续发展的关键环节,对亲本及其杂交组合的科学评价是实现育种目标的重要基础.本研究对62个甘蔗杂交组合F1群体的株高、茎径、节长、节数、有效茎数和分蘖数6个茎秆主要农艺性状进行调查,基于随机效应模型对16个母本和15个父本的后代表型开展遗传分析,并系统评估亲本的一般配合力和组合的特殊配合力.结果显示:各性状均存在显著变异,母本、父本及杂交组合间差异极显著,表明亲本选择与组配方式对后代性状表现具有重要影响.广义遗传力均高于0.87,其中茎径最高(0.9289);除茎径外,其余性状的遗传力呈父本>组合>母本的规律.一般配合力分析鉴定出GT02-761、YT91-976(母本)和HoCP00-1142、GT00-122(父本)等优异亲本,并观察到GT02-761在不同亲本方向上的遗传贡献存在显著差异.特殊配合力分析表明,HoCP00-1142× ROC22、GT02-761 × HoCP00-1142、GT04-1001 × FN02-6404、YT91-976×HoCP00-1 142 和 YT91-976× ROC22等组合在主要性状上均表现为正效应,可作为重点利用的潜力家系,为高产高糖甘蔗新品种的选育提供了重要材料和依据.

Breeding new sugarcane varieties is crucial for sustaining the development of the sugarcane industry,and a robust evaluation of parents and their hybrid combinations forms the foundation for achieving breeding objectives.In this study,six major stalk agronomic traits-plant height,stalk diameter,internode length,number of internodes,number of millable stalks,and tiller number-were investigated in F1 populations derived from 62 sugarcane hybrid combinations.Based on a random-effects model,we conducted genetic analyses of the progeny performance of 16 female and 15 male parents,and comprehensively assessed their general combining ability(GCA)as well as the specific combining ability(SCA)of the hybrid combinations.Significant phenotypic variation was observed across traits,with highly significant differences among female parents,male parents,and hybrid combinations,underscoring the strong influence of parent selection and cross configuration on progeny performance.Broad-sense heritability exceeded 0.87 for all traits,with stalk diameter showing the highest heritability(0.9289).Except for stalk diameter,heritability consistently followed the pattern:male parent>hybrid combination>female parent.GCA analysis identified GT02-761 and YT91-976(as female parents)and HoCP00-1142 and GT00-122(as male parents)as superior parents,and revealed a pronounced parent-directional difference in the genetic contribution of GT02-761.SC A analysis further highlighted several promising hybrid combinations-HoCP00-1142 × ROC22,GT02-761 × HoCP00-1142,GT04-1001 × FN02-6404,YT91-976 × HoCP00-1142,and YT91-976×ROC22-all showing positive SCA effects across major traits.These results provide valuable parental resources and elite hybrid families for the development of high-yielding,high-sucrose sugarcane varieties,offering important guidance for future breeding programs.
