模拟酸雨对黑木相思幼苗生长与生理特性的影响OA

Effects of Simulated Acid Rain on Growths and Physiological Characteristics of Acacia melanoxylon Seedlings

为研究酸雨胁迫下黑木相思(Acacia melanoxylon)幼苗响应机制,以半年生黑木相思幼苗为试验材料,采用单因素试验设计,设置不同pH水平处理(5.6、5.0、4.0和3.0),以清水处理为对照(CK),比较黑木相思幼苗生长和生理指标变化.结果表明,与CK处理相比,在pH值4.0~5.6范围内,模拟酸雨处理对幼苗地径增量、总生物量和各生理指标均无显著影响;幼苗株高增量、地径增量、总生物量、可溶性蛋白含量和超氧化物歧化酶活性均在pH值为4.0时最高,其中株高增量极显著高于CK处理;各光合色素含量均在CK处理下最高.在pH3.0处理下,幼苗株高增量、地径增量、可溶性蛋白含量和各光合色素含量均最低,均显著或极显著低于CK处理.隶属函数分析结果表明,幼苗在pH值为4.0时综合表现最好,在pH值为3.0时综合表现最差.黑木相思幼苗对酸雨有较强耐受能力,在pH≥4.0酸雨环境中仍可较好生长,可在pH≥4.0酸雨多发区推广种植.

In order to study response mechanism of Acacia melanoxylon seedlings under acid rain stress,taking half-year-old A.melanoxylon seedlings as experimental materials,single factor test design was used to set treat-ments with different pH levels(5.6,5.0,4.0 and 3.0),with clear water treatment as control(CK).Changes of growth and physiological indexes of A.melanoxylon seedlings were compared.Results showed that compared with CK treatment,simulated acid rain treatments had no significant effects on ground diameter increment,total biomass and physiological indexes of seedlings in range of pH value from 4.0 to 5.6.Plant height increment,ground diameter increment,total biomass,soluble protein content and superoxide dismutase activity of seed-lings were the highest when pH value was 4.0,among which plant height increment was extremely significant higher than that of CK treatment.Contents of photosynthetic pigments were the highest under CK treatment.Un-der pH 3.0 treatment,plant height increment,ground diameter increment,soluble protein content and contents of photosynthetic pigments of seedlings were the lowest,which were significant or extremely significant lower than those of CK treatment.Results of membership function analysis showed that comprehensive performance of seedlings was the best when pH value was 4.0,and comprehensive performance was the worst when pH value was 3.0.A.melanoxylon seedlings had strong tolerance to acid rain and could grow well in acid rain environ-ment with pH≥4.0,which could be popularized and planted in acid rain prone areas with pH≥4.0.
